Sonja joined TravelStore in 2012 and has been in the travel industry for over 20 years. As Director of Client Services, she oversees a team of professionals dedicated to assisting corporate and business travelers optimize their time and effectiveness while on the road.
Sonja started her career at American Airlines where she excelled in a variety of roles in Sales, Operational Training, and then Outside Sales to the corporate and entertainment worlds. She enjoys golf, travel, cruising, handbags and airports and has visited 24 countries on 3 continents.
Her team provides sound advice and strategies to help manage your corporate spend with comprehensive analytics on air, hotel, and ground transport, with VIP personal service and attention to detail on all corporate programs and implementations.

Yvonne Fenton spent the first 15 years of her life traveling extensively with her military family. Assignments took her family to Arizona, Texas, North Dakota and then overseas to Wiesbaden, Germany. During her 5 years in Germany, Yvonne spent time traveling throughout Europe with her family. She also joined a DOD youth travel softball league, giving her the opportunity to visit several cities in Germany including; Ramstein, Hamburg, Bitburg and Stuttgart.
Yvonne’s experience living in Germany left a lasting impression on her and instilled a passion for travel and learning about the world’s different cultures. She began her professional career as a Corporate Travel Agent in 1998 and was soon promoted to National Account Manager. Upon relocating to San Francisco, CA; Yvonne joined the TravelStore family in 2016. She is constantly looking for new ways to partner with her clients to increase cost savings and enhance their travel programs.

Natalie Etcher joined TravelStore in January of 2016 where she began her journey in our Leisure Group Sales Department located in our Camarillo office. Prior to joining TravelStore, Natalie worked with Princess Cruises in their Entertainment Department negotiating and scheduling talent bookings while measuring the effectiveness of entertainers. Prior to working with Princess Cruises, Natalie attended California State University at Northridge where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Studies with a minor in Recreation Tourism Management; then continued to earn her Master of Science Degree in Recreation Tourism Management.310-752-9126 Email Me

Tracy joined the TravelStore corporate travel team in 2014 as an Onsite Travel Consultant for Oakley, Inc. where she coordinated both international and domestic corporate travel for Oakley employees and Oakley sponsored athletes. In 2016, she was promoted to Client Services Manager, where she manages accounts covering a geographic area from Sacramento, to Los Angeles, to Orange County.
Tracy brought over 20 years of experience with her to TravelStore; from Travel Agent to Director of Travel. From Non-Profit Organizations to major corporations, Tracy has done it all in the travel industry!
Tracy’s work ethic and drive is built upon a foundation that includes serving our country in the United States Marine Corp where she specialized in Embarkation Training and supporting the Division General Headquarters.

Scott has been in the business travel industry for over 20 years. Scott joined the TravelStore family in 2000 as a Corporate Travel Consultant in the TravelStore HQ office. Scott honed his skills booking everything from domestic itineraries to complex international itineraries.
In 2009, as a TravelStore agent, Scott successfully started an Onsite Travel Department at one of TravelStore’s largest clients. Scott negotiated and secured contracts for everything ranging from airline discounts to hotel discounts, while heading up this onsite location. Based on his leadership skills, Scott was promoted to Client Services Manager for the Brentwood office, in 2014.
Scott has successfully managed accounts large and small as a Client Services Manager. Scott is a hard worker, organized and pays close attention to details. Scott enjoys finding opportunities in helping save TravelStore clients’ money and reduce their travel spend. Scott is a people person and loves spending time with his clients. When Scott is not diligently working, he loves traveling and spending time with his son where Scott has become an expert at building Lego’s!

Jim started his professional career in commercial banking while in college at USC, followed by a position with the Trust and Investment Management Divisions of First Interstate Bank and Chase Manhattan Bank. Over 30 years ago Jim was offered an opportunity in corporate travel with an invitation to head up the corporate and entertainment sales division of Hoffman Travel, now BCD Travel. After 10 years of successful sales with over $100 million in new business, Jim was recruited by TravelStore to become the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Day-to-day business development rests with Jim with over $100 million in new sales business attributed year to date. "I truly believe in a 100% team effort in our relationship with our employees, clients and vendors. TravelStore is a special place in that each of us is an Employee-Owner and a true member of the "TravelStore family".
Jim lives in Manhattan Beach with his wife, two young daughters, and four step-sons. In addition to work and family life, he is passionate about triathlons and marathons and has completed over 15 marathons and over 35 triathlons, including 5 full Ironman triathlons.
